Founded in 1952, the Memphis Tennis Association is a USTA Community Tennis Organization and is a center for tennis information and activities in the Memphis area. Our Mission Statement The mission of the Memphis Tennis Association is to organize, promote and support the development of tennis as a means of healthful recreation and physical fitness; to establish and maintain rules of fair play and high standards of sportsmanship; to further the growth and development of the sport of tennis in the Memphis area. |

A settlement agreement between Oakley Foy and Robin Barringer and the Memphis Tennis Association was reached on December 1, 2009. The issue has been settled for the benefit of the Memphis tennis community. |
